1. Returns and Refunds

1.1 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a return and refund, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1.2 To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, in the original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Eligible Items for Refund

2.1 We accept returns and refunds for items within 7 days from the date of purchase.

2.2 The following items are not eligible for a refund:

• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Personalized or customized items.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable."

3. Return Process

3.2 Once your return is approved, you will be provided with a return address for the item(s).

3.3 You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of postage.

4. Refund Process

4.1 After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund.

4.2 If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

4.3 Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
